Cabin Rentals Montana

Staying close to nature is a special way to experience Montana.  In the Bitterroot Valley, south of Missoula, a rental cabin is the way to go.  Cabins are private, in scenic areas, and away from the busy side of life.  www.Bitterrootcabins.com can help you choose from many extra nice properties.   Cabins can sleep four (4) or more and range from 1 to 4 bedrooms.  A plus, some cabins are pet friendly.  Great for a family get-away.

Mountain Man Rendezvous 2018 in Montana

Mountain Men roamed the wilderness of Montana in the early 1800s.   This era is celebrated with reenactments of what life was like at that time.  In 2018, a mountain man rendezvous is scheduled for August 3-12 in West Yellowstone, Montana.  This event is free to the public, 9:00-5:00 daily.   Called the Smoking Waters Mountain Man Rendezvous, this event  features demonstrations and seminars related to trades and crafts of the fur trade.  Storytelling, beading, leather work, knife throws, bow shooting, and more.   This is all very cool!
